As we finally approach spring, many individuals find the warmer weather a motivator to get back outside, be physically active, and make healthier choices overall. While physical activity is a crucial part of staying healthy, it is important to pair exercise with eating nourishing, wholesome food to keep your body strong and help you feel better overall.

As we approach almost two years of living through this pandemic, COVID-19 cases were recently the worst they have been since March 2020. The Omicron variant has relentlessly made its way through the country, and as positivity rates finally start to decline, it is critical that we continue doing our part to keep the numbers down.
