As we continue to work through year two of this pandemic, many individuals are also continuing to find difficulty maneuvering through their everyday lives and managing the stress brought on by COVID-19. September is a crucial month to stop, reflect, and ask yourself the question, “How am I doing?”
It’s ok to say “I’m not doing well”. If you’re not feeling like yourself, be sure to reach out to someone you know and don’t be afraid to get something off your chest.
