We encourage all community members to adopt more active lifestyles for healthier lives. Any increase in physical activity is a step towards a healthier you!

Boost mood, improve sleep, reduce stress & sharpen focus
Reduce risk of dementia, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers - including breast and lung cancer
Help manage chronic conditions, like diabetes and high blood pressure
Ease symptoms of arthritis, anxiety, and depression
Adults need a least 150 minutes & kids need at least 60 minutes every day of moderate-intensity
