The Franklin County Heath Summit is sponsored by WellSpan Health and is open and free to the community. Registration for the health summit is open now. In addition to the success stories to highlight the impact of local organizations, and the community health champion awards, the health summit will feature the release of WellSpan Health’s Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The CHNA helps Healthy Franklin County and its community partners address identified health priorities. The event will also include a panel and table-top discussions.
