Kick off the New Year with Winter STREAK

2023 has arrived and that means that WellSpan Health and community partners are ready to kick off the 3rd Annual Winter STREAK program on January 2nd! If you are someone who makes a New Year’s resolution to become healthier year after year and aren’t able to stick with it, why not give Winter STREAK a try to help you accomplish your goal?

Winter STREAK is a wellness program that takes place from Monday, January 2nd – Friday, March 24th and is open to anyone who wants to participate. It features six workshops, tips, and many resources to help you keep up a “streak” of healthy eating, and physical and mental well-being activities. Participants of the program can learn about physical activity, healthy eating, and stress management during the winter months.

The program also offers chances to earn prize baskets throughout the three months, which anyone is eligible to do, no matter what time you join in the program period. You have multiple opportunities to earn entries and the more you participate the more entries you earn.

At the end of the three-month challenge, a drawing will be held to award prizes.

How It Works

  • Register for biweekly emails – 1 entry

  • Attend a workshop or watch a workshop recording – 1 entry per workshop attended and if you missed the workshop you can earn 1 entry for watching the recording (max of 6 entries)

  • Complete a workshop evaluation – 1 entry for every workshop evaluation completed and submitted (max of 6 entries)

  • Complete Winter STREAK progress survey in March – 1 entry

The biweekly email communications will include links to upcoming workshops, tips, and other resources. You can register to receive the biweekly emails here.
